First Appearance: Mega Man 7 (1995)
Occupation: Robot Master
Abilities: Just like Mega Man he can copy the abilities of those he defeats while also possessing a powerful source of energy on earth called “Bassnium.”
Weapons: Bass Buster but just like Mega Man he can copy the abilities of other robots he defeated.
Bio: Bass is a Robot Master created by Mega Man’s foe; Dr. Wily. He was created based on a research conducted on Mega Man with the intention of surpassing his power which in the process gave Bass a selfish goal; becoming the most powerful being in the universe with little care about others and obviously shows he doesn’t fight for anything; he just fights.
Intro: Bass is seen slowly hovering down while covered with green energy before the aura flashes away as Bass lands.

Heavy (Mash, can also be done in the air): Multi Shot
Bass will shoot out multiple shots from his Bass Buster. On the ground he aims straight while in the air he aims straight down which hits off the ground.
Heavy (Hold, also be done in air): Charge Shot
Bass will charge up his Bass Buster which can be charged up to three times, releasing shoots a projectile that does decent damage and hit stun. The longer charged the faster the projectile is.
On the ground he aims straight while in the air he aims downwards at an angle.

Down-Forward-Light (Can also be done in the air): Rolling Cutter
Bass will shoot out a pair of scissors that at first is shot high but then circles around to drop low and return to Bass therefore making this a boomerang-like weapon.

Down-Forward-Medium (Can also be done in the air): Noise Crush
Bass will shoot out purple soundwaves from his blaster that travel a slow in a full distance but does multiple hits on contact and is causes a hit stun from contact. On the ground he aims straight while in the air it is aimed downwards at an angle.

Down-Forward-Heavy (Can also be done in the air): Black Hole Bomb
Bass will shoot out a black projectile that will then quickly explode into a Black Hole that stays on the screen for a small period of time. It can pull in projectiles from the opponent rendering them useless so it’s good to from the distance and Bass can bring out three Black Holes at once but as stated before; they don’t last long.
If the opponent is anywhere near these black holes themselves they get pulled in and are held in place while dealing with chip damage.

Forward-Down-Forward-Light: Bass Kick
Bass will do a rising summersault kick attack that acts like an uppercut in a way as it’s a good anti-air attack.

Forward-Down-Forward-Medium: Slash Claw
Bass will rush forward while suddenly having wolverine-like claws from his blaster and slashes the opponent when he gets close. This attack comes out fast and causes a hard knockdown.
Pressing Medium again during this move has him do another strong slash attack that causes a wall bounce.

Forward-Down-Forward-Heavy: Ice Wall
Bass will shoot the ground to create a wall of ice that will stay on screen for a small period of time and it can block projectiles.
The opponent either has to use projectiles to destroy the wall or jump over it, howevevr it doesn’t block Bass’ projectiles so the player can play a good keep away with the block up.
Pressing Heavy again when Bass immediately creates the ice wall has him kick it forward which also blocks projectiles and shatters on contact with the opponent therefore damaging the opponent into a hard knockdown.

Down-Backward-Light: Wave Burner
Bass will shoot out a stream of fire from his blaster and aims it at the ground which hits off the ground.

Bass will call in Treble which then rushes forward headfirst while covered in a purple aura.
Comes out fast and causes a wall bounce.

Bass will create a holographic copy of himself which then for seven seconds will shoot out multiple projectiles from its blaster across the screen while the real Bass can move freely.
Both on the ground and in the air has this holographic image shoot only forwards.

Down-Forward-Attack X2 (Can also be done in the air): Astro Crush
Bass will say “Get crushed!” as he spreads his arms out to summon a bunch of asteroids that rain down across the battlefield. Does multiple hits and hits off the ground and good against airborne enemies.

Down-Backward-Attack X2 (Can also be done in the air): Bass Shooter
Bass will aim his Bass Buster saying “Get lost!” as he fires multiple bullets at the opponent with the hits increased via button mashing.
In both ground and in the air he’s default direction is straight in front of him but just like Ryu’s Shinku Hadouken holding down the control stick any direction before he fires causes him to fire in that direction instead and the bullets also hits off the ground too.

Down-Down-Attack X2: Treble Boost
Bass will call out Treble and merges with therefore gaining Treble Armor. While like this his strength, defense and speed has been increased drastically and by pressing Down-Backward-Special he can fly in the air for a small period of time.
Bass will stay like this for 15 seconds.

Forward-Down-Forward-Attack X2 (Level 3, can also be done with Treble Boost): Skull Shot
Bass will say “That does it!” as he explodes in a green aura and rushes forward, if he connects a cutscene will occur.
Bass will say “Should have known you were such a weakling!” as he fires multiple blasts at the opponent (which the hits can be increased via button mashing) “Treble!” he calls out as the Treble comes in does a rushing attack to knock the opponent back. Bass will then let out a loud groan as he fuses with Treble (if he is already fused with Treble during this super then then Bass will be the one to the charge instead of Treble and the fusing part is skipped) as he jumps high into the air.
Bass looks down with a smirk saying “But look on the brightside, you should be honoured to lose against a strong opponent like me!” as he charges up power his Bass Buster and when it fully charges he says “Goodbye!” as he fires a giant skull-shaped projectile onto the grounded opponent which causes an explosion and instant heavy damage.
The super ends here and Bass returns to normal.

I do not own Mega Man, Mega Man X, Mega Man Legends, Mega Man Zero, Mega Man Zero ZX, Mega Man Battle Network or Mega Man Starforce.

It was inevitable i do Bass because Bass after all is an iconic character in the series and heck his Battle Network Counterpart is even more badass but i decided not to do him yet consdering i haven't played any of those games (but have seen the anime when i was younger) so i decided to focus only on Classic Bass himself.
Now for the moves; another shooter of course just like with most Mega Man characters however he is given some physicall attacks and one of them is what he has done in that MM2 arcade fighting game and while he uses some weapons we only see Mega Man use; i also gave him moves that he can do in Mega Man & Bass (grr that freaking game is hard!) so it wasn't that difficult to sepearet him from Mega Man and Proto Man.
As for quotes well while i did do my own quotes for him since Bass is obivously violent, selfish...he is basically a robot version of Vegeta. Always prideful, determined to be the strongest...he's a robot Vegeta! So his quotes where fun to do but others came from my friend
who did Bass quotes in the past so i borrowed them (as usual) for this one. Hey it saves time and regardless if its a "lazy" way to go at least from reading his quotes i can make some quotes because of how he shown of his personality. Obessed with beating Mega Man that here he sounds like what most fans think of this game's roster "Where is Mega Man?!?"
But man Bass is a dick but at least he is a bit likeable than Vile.
Bass may be much as a dick as Vile but at least Bass has some morales (such as not killing humans) and has some respect towards others such as his robot dog Treble and has s goal in mind being stronger (yeah a selfish one but a goal nonetheless) while Vile for whatever reason hates everyone and everything and just wants to kill things and may i mind you he is NOT infected with the Maverick Virus? He just started doing it because "Fuck it, i feel like it!" and never trusts anyone or anything, not even towards Sigma who saved him once.
Yeah Vile is still badass but that guy felt like he is only doing things just because he has no purpose in life.
Anyway enough about Vile! This is Bass we are talking about! Overall it was fun doing Bass. Glad to finish up the badass playable trio in the Mega Man Franchise and man Bass needs more love in the future, he would be a good candidate for a crossover game.

As for quotes well while i did do my own quotes for him since Bass is obivously violent, selfish...he is basically a robot version of Vegeta. Always prideful, determined to be the strongest...he's a robot Vegeta! So his quotes where fun to do but others came from my friend
who did Bass quotes in the past so i borrowed them (as usual) for this one. Hey it saves time and regardless if its a "lazy" way to go at least from reading his quotes i can make some quotes because of how he shown of his personality. Obessed with beating Mega Man that here he sounds like what most fans think of this game's roster "Where is Mega Man?!?"But man Bass is a dick but at least he is a bit likeable than Vile.
Bass may be much as a dick as Vile but at least Bass has some morales (such as not killing humans) and has some respect towards others such as his robot dog Treble and has s goal in mind being stronger (yeah a selfish one but a goal nonetheless) while Vile for whatever reason hates everyone and everything and just wants to kill things and may i mind you he is NOT infected with the Maverick Virus? He just started doing it because "Fuck it, i feel like it!" and never trusts anyone or anything, not even towards Sigma who saved him once.
Yeah Vile is still badass but that guy felt like he is only doing things just because he has no purpose in life.
Anyway enough about Vile! This is Bass we are talking about! Overall it was fun doing Bass. Glad to finish up the badass playable trio in the Mega Man Franchise and man Bass needs more love in the future, he would be a good candidate for a crossover game.

The banter for his Level 3 certainly seems Vegeta inspired in particular. Like what you did with his cocky personality.
Little dissapointed that there's no playable classic Mega Man rep like him or Proto Man in Infinite, but at the same time its cool to see X and Zero in the same game.
