Intro: Caligari is seen with his cabinet standing up. He’ll then wave his cane in front of it before opening it to reveal Cesare who then wakes up, walks out and draws his knife as Caligari then stands back.
Intro Quote:
“See for the first time ever...Cesare the Somnambulist!”
“Cesare can predict the future! But I have a feeling he already knows of your demise!”
“You know what to do Cesare…yes that’s’ right murder!”
“Awake Cesare! Rid this pest at once!”
“Yes? Can I help you?”
Outro: Caligari smirks as he then commands Cesare to return to his cabinet and then go into a deep sleep. Afterwards Caligari closes the lid and then drags the cabinet along with him.
Outro Quote:
“Now that you see what Cesare is truly capable off I’m afraid I can’t let you live anymore.”
“Good work Cesare! No one would ever expect a thing!”
“I must go you see; I’ve got a show to put on.”
“Excellent Cesare, excellent!”
“Unlike Cesare…you will never wake up again! Hahaha!”
(Vs. Freddy Krueger) “Cesare’s conscious is so deep not even you can enter his head!”
(Vs. Any Vampire Character) “This is Cesare’s cabinet not a coffin! Cesare will kill you if you so happen
Special Moves:
Sleep Slashing: Caligari will command Cesare to walk towards the opponent and has him slash a knife downwards.
Cabinet Drop: Caligari will have Cesare push over his cabinet to have it land onto the opponent.
Breakfast in Bed: Caligari feeds Cesare food to heal their health a little.
Sleep Lifting: Caligari will command Cesare to pick up the opponent bridal style before suddenly slamming them back down onto the ground afterwards.
Destiny Move
Cabinet Slam: Caligari orders Cesare to suddenly pick up his entire cabinet and then slams it down onto the opponent, doing tons of damage.
Ultimate Destiny Move
Sleep Crushing: Caligari orders Cesare to grab the opponent and then gives him a bone crushing hug which does tons of damage before he slams back down onto the ground.
Grand Finale
Before Tomorrows Dawn: Caligari orders Cesare to take out the opponent by first grabbing the opponents neck with one hand and then pins them to the floor, viscously banging the opponents head onto the floor a few times before Cesare then lifts up his knife. It then cuts to the shadows of Cesare ready to stab the opponent with his knife and then stabs one time to finish them off.
Stage 4 Rival: Freddy Krueger
Caligari is seen dragging his cabinet across the next stage.
Dr. Caligari: We have many new visitors today Cesare...and with each one we meet murder shall await them.
Suddenly they hear laughter, Caligari stops.
Dr. Caligari: Who’s there?
The laughter gets louder as Freddy then appears in front of him.
Freddy: You have sleeping friend I see.
Dr. Caligari: Who are you? Explain yourself! What is this withcraft?
Freddy: Call me Freddy. Your worst nightmare.
Caligari then lifts up his cabinet to have it stand up.
Freddy: You should wake up your friend. I can enter his head anytime I wish and kill him where you can’t help him!
Caligari smirks.
Dr. Caligari: Unfortunalty for you Cesare’s conscious is so deep he is unable to dream, he’s just my sleepwalking servant.
Caligari then opens up his cabinet lid to reveal the sleeping Cesare.
Dr. Caligari: Go ahead…try to enter his mind.
Freddy smirks as he tries to enter Cesare’s dreams…but fails as suddenly Cesare’s eyes open instantly.
Freddy: What?!
Dr. Caligari: Cesare doesn’t like to be woken up by no one other than myself…
Cesare walks out and glares at Freddy as he then draws his knife.
Dr. Caligari: It seems your nightmare is not being able to enter the dreams of someone…and that someone is Cesare! Take care of him!
The two then get ready to fight.
Stage 8 Rival: Count Orlok
Dr. Caligari is seen dragging his coffin across the next level.
Dr. Caligari: So many different worlds to show you of too Cesare; think of all the unexpected murders.
Suddenly Count Orlok appears before him from the shadows.
Count Orlok: What a lovely coffin…I shall take it.
Caligari looks at Orlok
Dr. Caligari: I beg your pardon?
Orlok walks towards him.
Count Orlok: A vampire needs a place to sleep…that coffin will do nicely. Hand it over.
Caligari smirks as he then lifts the coffin up to have it standing.
Dr. Caligari: Sorry but this is a cabinet…and it’s occupied!
Caligari opens the cabinet to reveal a sleeping Cesare
Count Orlok: A corpse?
Dr. Caligari: You are mistaken…he is simply asleep. But with my tricks he can easily awake…
Caligari then waves his cane in front of the sleeping Cesare
Dr. Caligari: …and tell you of your future!
In that instance Cesare suddenly opens his eyes, slowly stepping out and stares at Orlok.
Orlok wiggles his claws.
Count Orlok: Is that so?
Caligari smirks
Dr. Caligari: Yes my friend…ask him anything about your future. Mark my words he is never wrong.
Orlok looks at Cesare.
Count Orlok: Very well…now how long do I have left to live?
Cesare stares at Orlok…fidgeting.
Cesare: Before…
Suddenly Cesare brings out his knife.
Cesare: …tomorrows dawn!
Orlok hisses and steps back readying his fangs and claws.
Dr. Caligari: And like I said he is never wrong…Cesare dispose of him!
The two then get ready to fight.
Theme:
Final Boss Scene
Caligari is seen dragging his cabinet across the ground, entering Beo’s area.
Dr. Caligari: We finally made it Cesare…this is it. The power will be all ours!
Beo then appears before him.
Beo: You owning this power? You’re just a doctor driven mad by your fantasies.
Dr. Caligari: I beg your pardon?
Caligari then lifts his cabinet up to get it to stand.
Beo: I know the truth about you. You’re inspired by the story of the real Caligari…
Dr. Caligari: How dare you! I am Caligari!
Beo: And here you are being delusional. I shall deal with you quickly, both you and your sleeping friend and this time neither of you are waking up.
Caligari then opens the cabinet to reveal Cesare and waves his cane around to command Cesare to wake up who then gets out and draws his knife.
Dr. Caligari: We shall see…oh we shall see.
The two then get ready to fight.
Ending:
Beo falls onto the ground, gasping in shock.
Beo: How…can a sleepwalking human defeat me?!
Caligari and Cesare walk towards the downed tyrant and he smirks.
Dr. Caligari: Cesare…kill him for me.
Cesare then bends down and readies his knife. It then cuts to a shadow showing Beo screaming in pain as Cesare stabs him over and over until the screams were no more. It then shows Cesare returning to his cabinet and then sleeps with Caligari closing the lid.
Dr. Caligari: This was your biggest accomplishment so far Cesare…well done.
Caligari then walks towards the Phantom Ruby and the Infinty Gauntlet and then picks them up.
Dr. Caligari: I got big plans for you my friends….hehehehe hahahaha!
It then cuts to several newspaper clippings that Dr. Caligari and Cesare have become big stars in entertainment, gaining lots of money along the way.
Dr. Caligari: We have become a sensation all thanks to Cesare and the power of these wonderful gems. But of course what about the main thing I want Cesare to do?
It then shows Caligari raising his fist to revel the Infinity Gauntlet, behind him shows Cesare glowing in a green aura, he smirks as on the cover of the night he awakens Cesare to commit murders.
Dr. Caligari: I can now have Cesare commit many amount of murders at a time now thanks to this power…and thanks to other uses of this I can erase the evidence so nothing and no one could ever expect us! This is a fine day…and with this power I shall savour every moment with Cesare! Oh yes. Hahahahaha!
